Loki Fish Company is a small, family owned and operated fishing business founded in 1979 by Pete Knutson and Hing Lau Ng. Our Southeast Alaskan and Puget Sound salmon are gillnet caught, handled respectfully, bled and dressed on board, immediately chilled to below freezing in our seawater holds, then locally processed to our specifications. Loki believes strongly in supporting our local community. The Farmer’s Market Retail Associate performs all tasks as related to Loki’s farmer’s market booths and retail sales. Current Loki booths are located at the University District, Ballard, West Seattle, and Capitol Hill Farmer’s Markets.
